thought for the dayPosted by: thiagoedu in CNA.AD1, CNA.HAD1, CNA.HAD2, thought for the day
Do you have a continuous improvement program for your most valuable asset – your mind? Make sure that you spend at least a half hour each day studying, thinking, and planning. Review your long-, intermediate – , and short-term goals, and measure your progress to date. Are you on schedule for their completion? Ask yourself, What information do I not have that would help me achieve my goals? Then gather the information you need and get into action.

SONG OF THE WEEKPosted by: thiagoedu in CNA.AD1, CNA.HAD1, CNA.HAD2, series: song of the week, videos
TO CRAWL
I want to crawl back inside my mother’s womb So life moves slowly when you’re waiting for it to boil But before you finally go there’s one thing you should know: That I promise - Starting now I’ll never know your name I want to crawl back inside my bed of sin But before you finally go there’s one thing you should know: That I promise - Starting now I’ll never know your name It’s my world, it’s not ours anymore Starting now I’ll never know your name

How would you react to this?Posted by: thiagoedu in CNA.AD1, CNA.HAD1, CNA.HAD2, discussionMarch 4, 2008 Posted: 10:45 PM ET
A couple aspects of Wednesday’s hugging story that I really liked: The protest was peaceful, and the students and administrators were able to work out an agreement on a new rule. I don’t remember if my high school had a rule about stuff like this; I don’t think it was spelled out, but of course teachers could split up anything they thought was inappropriate. What I think is kind-of amusing about what happened in Arizona: How are they gonna enforce it? It’s funny to think of teachers standing in the halls with stopwatches, telling two-second violators to split up or sit up in detention. On the other hand, who wants to do all that hugging anyway, especially after P.E.? “I just ran two miles and I smell like socks. Let’s hug.”

What would you do, if you could do ANYTHING?Posted by: thiagoedu in CNA.AD1, CNA.HAD1, CNA.HAD2People from around the world filmed themselves and sent their videos to Terra Naomi. She asked everyone to answer the question “what would you do/want if anything were possible?” in three words or less.
See some people’s wishes and desires for a better world:
